Gear boxes come into play whenever energy needs to be converted into torque. Gear boxes are needed in a great many sectors of industry, such as crane construction, construction machinery, wind power stations, steel works, rolling mills, mining, rubber and plastics technology, conveyor systems, ball mills, agitators, mixers and shredders.

Universal Hydraulik has the right solution whenever the gears need to be lubricated and cooled. We supply oil feed systems tailored to the individual gear boxes with our water or air coolers or, for applications with low cooling demands, we simply offer a built-in water cooler (UKC-G or UKC series). These are then specially adapted depending on the mounting options. We use 3D drawings to work with the requisite precision to customise our products to your gear system. Our standard water coolers (UKM series) are specially adapted to individual gear applications in order to keep pressure losses to a minimum.
