Tightness test stand

This tightness test stand essentially consists of a power unit, electrical control and three test cabs.

These accessible cabs are partitioned in test pressures. cab 1 up to 630 bar, cab 2 up to 300 bar and cab 3 up to 100 bar test pressure. The parameters are read in with bar-codes and are archieved after testing has taken place.
As Man-Machine interface a touchscreen display is used.

The control takes place over a soft SPS with more appropriate visualization.
With this test stand a clear, simple operation as well as high security importance was attached.
